Who’s this girl?
.
What an extraordinary little girl!
Ashamed of myself, I don’t know the story very well.
She had a most fantastic time,
Full of mystery – quite sublime!
Kids these days would say she’d had a spliff,
As her imagination is most certainly a miff.
She met some twins, one tweedle Dee the other Dum,
I think that’s two if you add the sum.
Magic mushrooms it may be?
That from a rabbit she was served tea.
Among the cards there was a queen,
What an adventure to be seen.
An innocent child in a magic world,
Wonderful wisdom she did explore,
A different story through each shaped door.
As you read through each page
Eagerly your thirst you try to quench .
on a sunny day on your garden bench
Your mind can wander which way and where,
So long as it makes you happy
I don't really care!
